Earl H. Levith
Biography

Earl Levith is a highly experienced businessman with an extensive background as a senior executive, entrepreneur, CEO, business consultant, management advisor, technology/ marketplace facilitator, and strategy and operations specialist. He has considerable experience in the development and implementation of successful strategies and operational plans for the rapid improvement of the profitability of companies.   He is experienced in a multitude of different industries, and has successfully guided start-ups and high growth companies, as well as turned-around troubled organizations.

A consultant since 1992, Mr. Levith has also been the General Manager of a manufacturer serving the die casting and metalworking industries; Vice President of a start-up telecom infrastructure company; President and CEO of a capital equipment manufacturer; Business Director of a major Specialty Chemicals manufacturer; and an engineer at a jet engine manufacturer.  Among his many company experiences, Mr. Levith has demonstrated significant expertise in start-ups, high growth environments, international joint ventures and acquisitions, succession planning, and managing the transition of R&D to the marketplace. 

A published authority in the area of business strategy, Mr. Levith has contributed articles and case studies to several books and journals.  He has been the keynote speaker at national and international industry conferences, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Fire Retardant Chemical Association, and served on the International Trade Committee of the National Agricultural Chemical Association.

Mr. Levith’s formal education includes a BS in Engineering from Tulane University, an MS in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as an MBA from Rensselaer.  Mr. Levith has also done Ph.D. work in International Business at Georgia State University.
